AVCHD to Mov App Reviews

I use this to convert video files that I can’t open to ones that I can then view. It is really easy. If I can do it anyone can.

Takes my AVCHD files from the FS700 and outputs ProRes 422 in all flavours, plus DNxHD, etc. Fast & reliable. Why Sony doesn’t buy/license this software to package with their $9K camera is a mystery!

Since I can’t get it to work it seems to be a waste of the money

Worked perfectly. Drag and drop the AVCHD, select your desired “output”, review files, see thumbnails, the file select or de-select feature is great…hit ”CONVERT”, done… Easy! Worth every penny in my opinion.

The key is to choose the correct output format. I chose the wrong output format, the conversion didn’t work, nothing was lost so I made another selection. Wrong again. I stopped and thought about what I was trying to do, made another selection and the conversion executed without a problem. So simple. So effective. I use the software to convert movies made with Sony NEX-5N and 5T to play on my iMac.

After searching for many video converters from AVCHD to Pro video formats, I’ve found this App is for far the best by price and all the different codecs they have. If you use a Sony or Canon cameras this is your way to go to speed up your workflow before you send everything to Final Cut.

I bought this app to try and convert AVCHD to m4v because it says it can do that. But the rewrap function always fails and says “Finished 1 Error !!!” This was a complete waste of money for me so far unless the developer can tell me how to solve this problem

Given that I have two cameras that shoot to this file format, having a tool of this nature that is dependable and gives control to the types of the output is very important. I have tried a number of converters and this is the best out there that I have used so far. It has choices galore, turns out high quality video files and is reasonably priced for all the features it has. This one is well worth the price of admission.

I recently needed to convert an AVCHD File to .mov format. However, I was unable to open the AVCHD file in multiple applications. As such, I decided to use a converter that could handle the MTS conversion. I tried several applications, and even bought one. None of them were able to handle the conversion. My last ditch effort was Free AVCHD to MOV. This application handled the conversion, without flaw. The user interface is easy to navigate. The presets are clearly labeled, and understandable. and it utilizes all of the processors to do the conversion. Nine 4GB files @ 1920 X 1080, in under 1/2 an hour! Support this developer, and do yourself a favor. Buy this app!

Iw as using couple another converter U2Any video convter, but always crush. this app can handle heavy load and do the job very well. Thanks
