Doesn’t rewrap AVCHD to MOV

I bought this app to try and convert AVCHD to m4v because it says it can do that. But the rewrap function always fails and says “Finished 1 Error !!!”
This was a complete waste of money for me so far unless the developer can tell me how to solve this problem
